Fraudulent emails containing malicious links and viruses have been sent to businesses and consumers around the country claiming to contain information on a
complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. None of the BBB's computer and email systems are involved in this hoax. The BBB and authorities are
working together to stop these continued attacks.

are service marks owned by the Council
of Better Business Bureaus, Inc., and are registered with the United
States Patent and Trademark Office. The Council has authorized approved
member BBBs to use the Better Business Bureau and the BBB Torch logo service
marks. Businesses that are members of a BBB are authorized to use a BBB
membership plaque and decal at their principal place of business and at
trade shows.
