The court declared and determined that the business is in violation of the Florida Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act, the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act and the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

The defendants, Ted Crosby and Ellis Crosby and Associates, Inc. was ordered to pay the State of Florida Legal Affairs, the total sum of $1,341,322.47
